Our technician arrived on time, he was very skilled and knowledgeable in getting the sound bar and tv synchronized in minimum time. The sound was really exceptional and outstanding.

The installers showed up when expected and immediately went to work. They set up the new TV with Roku installed and made sure it was working correctly. I am very pleased with the new TV. I am also very pleased with the salesperson at Best Buy who made the recommendation concerning the new TV. It was a perfect fit and works beautifully.

First OLED and will never go back to regular LED again. Wide angle sharp focused picture. Deeper blacks and vibrant colors. Game play with ray tracing playstation 5 is superb. Had Geek Squad deliver and setup. Worth the cost.

Nico, from the Geek Squad did an amazing job on installing my Samsung TV, Samsung Soundbar and Samsung Wireless Rear speakers. He showed and explained everything that I needed to know on how to operate everything.

Was on time, dressed appropriately, polite, businesslike, attentive to all my questions, Devin worked above and beyond offering suggestions for more efficient ways meet my needs. They were on time for installation, they were professional in their manner with the way they explained what they were doing and the operation of the equipment. I couldn't have been more happy with the service and would do it again and recommend it to anyone.

The agents installed my new tv & explained everything as they were doing it. It didn’t take long. Then she took the time to set the tv up for me, which I was very grateful for. She explained everything she was doing so I would know how to maneuver to what I wanted. She even put the passwords in on each of my streaming apps !! Answered all my questions, as there were many. Asked if I had any more questions before she left. Very personable & friendly. Was extremely happy with her & the Geek Squad. I have you have the information as to who installed it. The team was great. They are very thorough, professional and knowledgeable. Appreciated their consultation on how to hook up my newly purchased items (48 and 77 in OLED TVs) and to ensure the remote controls were programmed correctly.

The installer arrived within the promised scheduled time. He was friendly and familiar with the product(s). During the set-up he explained everything about the TV and the best method of interacting the TV with my other components. He made sure everything worked properly, smart features, sound, headphones, etc. The installation went smoothly and quickly.

Mr Esteban Arellano and his assistant did a wonderful job setting up the 75inch TV. They were very careful, helpful to me in explaining the handheld control as well as connecting to my Motem etc. I couldn't be more pleased with the service, the quality of work!!!

The Geek Squad Confirmed appt. Actually arrived early -- unloaded our new TVs and Wall Mounts. Both young men were super kind and gracious. I wish I can remember their names-- its has been a few months. We have been remodeling our home and office. The wall mounts have not waivered at all on either TV despite being bumped and walls pounded upon these last few months. The TV remotes work great they set up. They did take time to answer all our questions concerning live streaming etc. We are country folks and did not understand all these extras to live stream or download. The men took time to show us all programs and I feel we probably made them late to next appointment --but they were still very nice AND they CLEANED UP THE BOXES AND WHOLE MESS! -- I never had a service clean up before they left. So very nice of them.

Loved these 2 guys. Gotta preface that it was my husband who wanted the Geek Squad. I wanted to save the money thinking it was just a T.V. Started with them arriving on time!!! Then they covered their feet, I have real wood flooring. They installed the unit flawlessly. However, they stole my heart with the way they explained, on my lowly tech level, the endless features on the tv. They even allowed me time to try them myself. I am now an official Geeker.

Tech suggested that i purchase a universal remote control, He said he would pick it up and call me to return to program it, and finish with set up. Never called and never returned, I just looked an it indicates service was completed. So over all, Tech did a good job, but could not set up Sony Remote to load channels from Cox Box, he said it would not work because cox digital box works on radio frequencies .

The agent came and setup the tv with the cable hookup etc. because we are Older it is difficult to deal with newer technologies. It was well worth the cost.

The geek squad crew was wonderful with the setup of my parents tv. They were extremely knowledgeable and were able to take their time and explain the setup to maximize the tv's potential. I always recommend geek aquad service.
