Geek squad did an excellent job installing a HUGE TV. Very professional and looks great. They also had suggestions on hanging the speaker bar as well as tips/tricks for streaming.

I wish that all home services were as reliable as Best Buy's Greek Squad. The two gentlemen who installed my 100" TV were efficient professionals from start to finish. My TV was installed perfectly centered and level. Their knowledgeable instructions and expert workmanship was completed quickly, but not rushed. I was given thorough instructions, and they cleaned up and removed all debris, while wearing shoe protection in my home. I can honestly say, Best Buy's service technicians are the best in the business.

We had two associates installing our new TV. The process was exceptional. Only thing I needed to do was hold the door when they brought the TV inside. They unboxed and completely installed the Mounting Bracket, TV, and Soundbar System. All excess items and containers were removed and area was left clean. The guys helped with connecting of the WiFi and Interweb then gave me a complete tutorial on how my New System worked. Very professional! I advise all installs to be done by the Best Buy Geeks, work is guaranteed and they know what they’re doing!

The team that installed my TV went over and above! They communicated with me throughout the day and kept me informed of their timing. They showed up and took great care of my home. They asked about every detail and not only installed my TV but also programmed my Xfinity remote. They made sure that all parts of my system were working. They suggested apps and resources in case I had issues. They cleaned up thoroughly and left my home cleaner than when they arrived. I was their last stop on a long day and they made sure that everything was on point. The techs that installed my TV were Deavon and Alex. Thank you for a great experience.

We couldn’t be happier with the ease of this installation. All the texts & communications up to date kept us very informed. Our tv had to be mounted on a concrete block wall & all the tools & hardware were brought to us by 2 wonderful & competent Geeks! Nothing was a surprise to them. They were in & out in a short time even cleaning up the mess & boxes. Having installed many tv’s myself this was way easier.i had put painters tape where I wanted it installed & they hit the mark perfectly!

The two gentleman that installed my tv were quick qnd professional. They did an great job and had a good attitude and joked around with me as they worked. I had already designed and built the wall unit. It took them less than an hour to install and level the massive 100 inch TV tho. I can honestly recommend the geek squad.

Great smooth and careful install. The install team verified my mount was strong enough before I they brought in my 98 inch tv. Both guys were very careful and took their time to install and set up the HDMI cables and route them. They did a quick set up with me and we were ready to start watching

These guys are solid! On time. Great communication. They mounted my TV mount and then my 98 inch tv like it was nothing. Easy peasy.

They did a great job mounting our new 100' tv. They centered it to the room and connected all the HDMI cables I had requested for them to connect. They worked fast and were friendly. They did a great job. The biggest tv I had mounted was a 75 inch tv. I knew there was no way I could mount this one by myself. I'm glad this service was offered.

We were super satisfied with our Geek Squad install. Shawn Sercombe and his team arrived on time and very prepared. They were all professional, polite and respected our home, This was a 98" install so they needed three people to lift the TV onto its mount. They got it right the first time and we were amazed how fast they got the job done!

Third party install done by a wonderful company by the name of Stay Tuned. See Google Review as well, because these guys rock. They had to come out twice because the agents online at the sales department paired me with the wrong mount for my TV. Online sales then had me purchase a second incorrect mount which I thankfully realized before the install and returned myself and purchased elsewhere after doing my own homework. Two stars for online sales team, two stars for the in-store associates who are rolling their eyes because I have to carry two wall mounts in the store for a return, ten stars for the installers who Best Buy didn't want to pay for coming out a second time, even though it wasn't the installer's fault.

Great installers. Couldn't have been nicer and did a great job. They could have cleaned up a little better but overall very happy with the experience.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Steve and his crew that was at my home to install my new TV not only did they do a great Job !! Steve went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the install and understand some of the changes he needed to make to keep my family safe and most of all the Wife happy with the way it looked.

The agents came in after a long day and masterfully mounted the tv to our preferred location, amazing job, thank you.

They were awesime. Mou ted within one inch of where i wanted it and double checked with me for everything.
