Brandon was Fantastic. I was having a problem with my Security system with cameras. Brandon was very Helpful. He noticed a power cord blinking. It was the TV power cord. My TV was getting ready to electricly overload. Possible Electrical Fire. Brandon saved myself and my home from Electrical Fire. I knew I needed another set of eyes. I’m very happy with the appointment for installation of streaming and ROKU tv setup. Two technicians arrived on time, and were very knowledgeable and thorough as they quickly identified each step that was required for the completion of the change to streaming services,

Brandon spent extra time to help fit the new TV into my custom cabinet which required careful manuvering. He also taught me the use of the new remote, and set up my streaming channels. His service was incredibly appreciated! I can't recommend Brandon of the Geek Squad highly enough!

Our Geek Squad service was amazing! Danny set up our new TV and helped us with streaming. He was very nice and knowledgeable. Some of this is new for us since we usually just use cable. Danny was very patient and extremely helpful.

After 2 other appointments to fix our problem with our entertainment audio, hearing aid audio and headset audio, these two technicians were finally successful. Yeah! (Don't know if I can mention their names) They will be requested in the future when needed.
