After enlisting the help of my local shore manager, here in San Marcos, TX, everything ran a lot smother. Desmond was clear, competent and professional. He recognized our special need, as seniors, for explanation, making sure we understood each direction. I would suggest one improvement for future training. Add hard copy instructions for seniors about how to use the installed device.

There were 2 guys, who went out of their way to make sure the job was right. They re-connected a speaker and fixed the audio on my surround sound system. Thank you!!

Jazz and Harris did an excellent job installing the new Roku equipment on two televisions and getting our garage opener on line. Neither my husband nor I could have done this alone. I’m so happy I had excellent service and I will certainly refer them to others.
