Our Geek Squad service was amazing! Danny set up our new TV and helped us with streaming. He was very nice and knowledgeable. Some of this is new for us since we usually just use cable. Danny was very patient and extremely helpful.

they were very helpful and congenial.They took care of everything that I requested. got Netflix back on the internet. they used the Roku and now I have many more stations on my antenna tv and the picture on my tv is so much better. I was really pleased.

The agents installed my DVD player plus other equipment and everything works great. The agent (Ethan) is so smart and makes it look so easy. I'm not tech smart but he explained everything.

Old DVD & CD players died. Purchased as a Total Tech member a new Sony Blu-ray DVD & CD player and needed it integrated into our current home theater system, along with reprogramming our Logitech Harmony remote to recognize the changes made to our home theater system. Techs arrived on time and were very efficient in taking out the old devices and installing the new Sony device. Setup went quicky and successfully integrated the device and performed testing to make sure everything worked as expected. Proper wire management was done to make sure you never knew a new device was added. Techs were very knowledgeable and made sure we were satisfied with their services before leaving.

The geek squad was fast and on time. The Technician was in and out before I eat my breakfast. Courteous and efficient. They also had me first on the schedule. I am very satisfied with the results. Thanks,

The Geek Squad tech installed my Apple TV+ streaming device. He programmed the stations and explained how to use the system. He is knowledgeable and did a great job of explaining what he was doing. He was polite and courteous.

Geek squad total tech service is one of the best in home service agreements I have ever purchased. Always outstanding outcome for any install, knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient.

Pedro was technically very sound, not a pun! He helped me with the installation of two Roku modules on my Samsung Smart televisions without an issue. He was ver adapt to his service job while being very mannerly & courteous to me as the customer. He was able to complete this task in less than an hour. I appreciated Best Buy’s assistance in scheduling this job.

Service personnel were very professional and explained all work being done. They also ran thru the entire ser-up and instructed me along the way. They also did a product demostratatiion with me.
