Agent reset my Harmony Logitech remote and did a great job as usual. Geek squad always knows what needs to be done.

Andre and Max were PHENOMENAL. They arrived when promised; were respectful of our home; polite; very communicative; explained everything at my level; did not rush explanations; ensured install worked properly when done and made sure we were happy with the results. This is the type of service that will keep me coming back to Best Buy. If I owned a business, I would be thrilled to have people like Andre and Max working working there. Best Buy you’ve got two really great employees in these two gentlemen.

After 2 other appointments to fix our problem with our entertainment audio, hearing aid audio and headset audio, these two technicians were finally successful. Yeah! (Don't know if I can mention their names) They will be requested in the future when needed.

I cannot adequately express how impressed I was at the knowledge the Geek Squad has, the professionalism with which I was treated, and the time they took to explain the use of everything. I am definitely technologically challenged, and the patiently made sure I was comfortable with everything before they left. The 2 technicians who visited me deserve kudos and a raise for all of the hard work they do every day!

The technician set up my Apple TV box to my Samsung TV and got the DirtVision app for us to easily access and he was very patient!!

Jacob was very helpful considerate and friendly. He hunted down everything he could to find out how to get all the equipment my husband wanted link together to work the way my husband wanted it to. To say Jacob made my life easier I'd an understatement!!! Good work Jacob and Thank You very much.

The technician William was absolutely wonderful helping us remove our devices from the Harmony App, which had failed and showing us step by step how to use each device’s remote to turn on the amplifier, the Samsung Frame TV, Apple TV, the dvd player, our CD player and turntable. He was patient, professional and extremely courteous.
