I received it very fast and everything worked good

I placed two gift cards，but only one works. I tried to load the second one，it told me error and error again. I go to adidas gift card balance checking website. After I type all info，it showed invalid information. But the first one work. Spend 160 for 100 only. Realy good deal.

Came empty. Once i tried ising it it said it had like 14 cents left on it. Someone got access to it before it was sent to me.

Be aware that they might take forever to send u the gift card, minimum 1h, normally >day

Lied abiut opening a case to fix this unauthourzed charge.

These days I've been trying to buy some Adidas and when I saw this offer of $85 for a $100 gift card I didn't think twice.

Purchased this digital gift card 24+ hours ago and what a wild ride it has been. I purchased in the afternoon and had not received it the next morning. Used the chat feature to inquire… which took forever between transfers to another department and long pauses between communications. Was eventually told I needed to call. I called and got transferred to the “right” department. They told me it’s usually delivered within 1-2 hours but to wait 24. 24 hours later I called again. They told me I needed to contact Adidas. I asked why would I call them when I purchased through Best Buy. They then pivoted and said it was because I didn’t verify my email and once I verify my email it will be delivered in 15 minutes. Got off the phone. My email IS verified. Called again. Got transferred again to the “right” department. The call hung up. The person called me back saying her “tools” are not working. She repeated several phrases 3-4 times. It was very strange. She then said it will be delivered tonight or tomorrow morning. The exact opposite of a Best Buy and horrendous customer service!

To improve customer awareness, Best Buy should include a clear and visible message on all product listings stating that digital purchases, such as gift cards, are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Got the gift card at a good price. Nice find for holiday shopping.
