The gents brought out my tv and mounting bracket measured hing the bracket leveled it hung my tv on it plugged everything up and showed me how to use my new equipment they wiped everything down like it has been there the whole time excellent job

What I love about the Geek Squad is their preparedness prior to coming to my home. We believed the problem to lie in my old monitor, not in the computer itself. So we talked about different styles and prices and were able to agree on a couple that would fit my space and needs. They worked hard to clean up the original monitor, but it was obviously shot. They were then able to quickly and efficiently install my new monitor, and I was grateful. Every day meant a day I couldn't work without my computer monitor! Thank you so much for the proactive thinking and satisfying outcome. Super!

All went well, but a little challenging with collecting email, contacts and calendar for several visits. Overall, the service is pretty good, but not pleased with the download from old hard drive to new one. The Tech at the store forgot to include all my Outlook contacts, calendar and emails, so it was frustrating. That needs to be a questioned asked. I assumed since we were transferring everything that this information would transfer also. My home visits are pretty good with Solomon!

We began to have problems streaming NetFlix, and weren't sure whether it was a Netflix problem, a router problem or our TV. We hired your Geek Squad to "reengineer" our network (replaced router). We bought the new router and he returned to hook everything up, and made sure everything worked before he left.

Needed assistance with my printer..they are extremely helpful ….they’ve assist me at my residence … I have purchased …. My Apple lab top and desktop within the last 6 months ..because of the GREEK squad team.

Had a problem with my printer. Agent fixed it quickly. Took time to show me what the problem was so I could fix it myself. Very friendly. Service covered for 30 days if the issue wasn't fixed.

The agent was efficient but I am donating the printer I bought because the connection was stil not working properly

Purchased new laptop because my old one hard drive was fried. New laptop had problems in less than two weeks. Purchased second laptop and Geek squad got me up and running.

It was very professional and quick. The minute we call the agent saying that we have problems with the computer as a result of the last visit he was in our house the same day and fixed the issue
