Buyer Beware

I purchased for a second computer I own, less than 12 months from a previous purchase of the same product. The download code is useless and the best buy help line is unwilling to rectify the matter, citing their "final sale" policy on digital content. I just donated $154.79 to Best Buy...... Crap, Customer Service

I’m a recent graduate from a masters degree program and I needed to use Adobe to complete some work. However, because I’m out of school, I cannot use the program and Best Buy would not allow me to return and get credit back for the product. So now I have a digital download that I can’t use that I’m paying interest on.

Manual Needed!

But Adobe provides no manual specifying changes -- and how to access previous procedures. Learning only by going on internet or "trial and error". No regard for consumer.
