    I purchased this software by mistake and immediately informed Best Buy that I had made a mistake. They have refused to provide a refund or any resolution to this situation. They will not upgrade the software to one I can use or offer me any fair resolution. They have taken my money and given me no options for a resolution. Shame on you Best Buy!!!

    I got this for my grandson who is in college. Adobe has onerous proof of enrollment requirements that are hard to fulfill in the summer before school starts, and I fear the purchase will time out before approval arrives. I will NOT buy their stupid subscription service.

    I’m extremely disappointed in Best Buy. I accidentally purchased the windows version and they would not refund me despite the fact that I also purchased the Mac version.

    One star solely because this now requires an Adobe ID and forces an Adobe Sign in to complete the activation of the software. I have not yet tested if this will force continual logins, or try to force you into subscription mode as perpetual products in the Adobe VIP will randomly do.

    It would not load onto the Lenovo due to a software conflict in the C++ packet software in the Microsoft office and I gave not received any tech support all they say is to go to the store bogus. I usually buy Apple but this time I got a PC to match the one I use at work. Never again. Wasted s whole morning trying to overuse the software glitch.
