It would not load onto the Lenovo due to a software conflict in the C++ packet software in the Microsoft office and I gave not received any tech support all they say is to go to the store bogus. I usually buy Apple but this time I got a PC to match the one I use at work. Never again. Wasted s whole morning trying to overuse the software glitch.

Purchased this item and have not been able to use it. Called bestbuy and no help send me from one department to other and no resolution. Wanted to cancel and return the item but since was an online purchase I have no luck.

Was sold the wrong version of Adobe by a chat agent. The version was for student or teachers. Can’t recommend because I never used per say. Long questionnaire to answer if student or teacher. Asked for school, accredited classes etc. Also, can’t attach photos because it was a download.
