    The adobe acrobat program does everything I need. It is easy to save docs as a pdf or jpg. Doc can be modified as well.

    Editing and signing functions work fine. Importing to Word never seems to work well.

    I have had the subscription for over a year. It will not work. Geek Squad has worked the issue twice. Uninstalled, reinstalled. Finally told me they can’t fix it and get Adobe involved. There is no way to contact a real person at Adobe that I have found. I will take my Lenovo computer I bought from BB, buy the program and get them to install it there. Maybe the Lenovo computer is crap. I’m tired of this debacle and need Acrobat to work. It did at one time. Now it is a waste of money and now 5 hours with Geek Squad.
