    I had problems with the code (personal - read an 8 instead of B) and the Geek Squad folks at Best Buy were very helpful. I've had Photoshop and Lightroom for years and love both but wanted to install the newest versions on my new machine.

    This was bought as a gift for my wife. She's been trying for the last hour to activate this licensing. The web site they direct you to is not accepting the code that comes with the card that they send. Help support through the online chat has been worse than useless and has ended the chat sessions twice while she was trying to follow their recommendations (brilliant stuff like deleting cookies in the browser). No phone support offered for this application.

    I paid $119.00 for this year subscription and when it was delivered to my house and I went to use the code on adobe/redeem. It said my card was invalid. I typed it in over and over again to make sure there were no mistakes. Still didn't work. So I took it to best buy to see if they could activate it and they said because I bought it on their website there was nothing they could do and to call Adobe. So I called Adobe. I gave them my email address I purchased it under and my order confirmation code. For some reason they could not pull up my order and said there was so such purchase. So I called best buy corporate and they said because it was a physical item. They could not help me. I will never order this product again online. I lost $119.00 because nobody could help me and my code doesn't work.
