Bought this for my daughter and it's been nothing but a pain to setup. What would seem easy was anything but. It required her to input her school email to verify her which we did. Then when she attempted to use the program it told her she needed a school administrator to grant her access. Contacted the school and they had no idea what to do. Terrible experience with this product but unfortunately it's the only real option for serious photo editing.

It continuously tells me the code has already been redeemed. I redeemed it on my account and when I tried to use the student and teacher edition I paid for it said I don't have a subscription and then when I try to push it through again it says previously redeemed. No one can tell me who fixes this issue.
