Excellent but for experts

Good Products, but limited installs

Has all the video editing tools that most consumers would need. It does not have multi-camera editing. Photoshop Elements is very different from the full Photoshop product. Good for "automatic" fixes, not so good for advanced photo editing. Both products are limited to 2 installs which is not enough. I recommend Premiere Elements. I do not recommend Photoshop Elements.

Adobe Elements 14

In many of the Duomos no flash is allowed. I have tinkered around with some of my extremely dark photos with photoshop and have been able to brighten them. There are lots of cool things like pallet swap, ect. It takes a little research and learning curve to use these products.
