I tried to install this product many time and by following many suggestions from others. I would never complete the install. This happened with the cd/DVD and with the download. And yes, I made sure each time it was completely uninstalled even as far as the registery settings. After a week of trying I returned the product for a full refund.

My computer met all specifications and I am a student, but the product would not work for me. Very detailed and cumbersome instructions that did not help. Go with the regular edition if you can.
