    I just purchased Photoshop Elements 15 and I know I will like it. I previously had PE 9 and I liked that software. It can be difficult to use though. The videos make it look very easy to use the various editing features and some are but some features you need a lot of practice to get really good at editing photos. The organizer is great if you want to organize your photos. It comes in handy.
