  • Not easy to instal via download for a senior

    I have a Mac desk top computer and had to down load from the net. I initially downloaded it but something went wrong and I couldn't access the download a few days later when I had time to use the program. The initial instal had me sign up for a trial Photoshop iCloud account and I think that was the fly in the ointment. I called their support on a weekend and was told it would cost me $5 for tech support and would have to cancel or pay a monthly fee to keep tech support. I didn't pay and called Photoshops help line during business hours during the week and the rep installed the program using my computer with no charge. It took about 8 minutes for him to install and he was very patient with an old man with little skills. Once installed and told to copy photo's it copied all photo's on my computer plus just faces in all of my photo's separate without my telling it to. If my Mac was DVD friendly I probably would not have had a bad experience downloading program so I can't give Photoshop 5 stars and I'm fumbling with instructions to learn what it can do.

    This 2018 version of Photoshop Elements has built in crop suggestions & you have to wait for it to load. You can turn it off & check the box for it to remember your settings the next time you open the program but that only works about half the time.

    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
