    The best I can figure out, Adobe has assigned me a secret password that they think they must never disclose to me and there also appears to be no way for me to change it. Their online help wasn't helpful at all, therefore I have bought a program I can not use. I especially wanted the PS Elements 14 for my use but can neither register it nor pay for it without that secret password.

    This was given to me by a employee of best buy when I wanted photo shop and I got this instead I have no use for it and I am stuck with it because they won't take it back

    I have used this software for many years and I have never been disappointed with each new version. It make video editing easy and there are always tutorials to help understand the basic operations. In addition, Adobe always have basic instructions for all their software on Adobe web site. I would recommend Adobe Premiere Elements 14 if you are an amateurs or professional.

    Don't buy it, it's not good! It is not user friendly, very limited and it is not supported by YouTube. Don't waste your time editing your vids using this software because you won't be able to upload them on YouTube. Also the Bestbuy managers were not helpful. Not to mention ADOBE does not have a live agent you can talk to. DO NOT BUY IT! I will post a YouTube Video telling you all about this horrible experience.
