As a woman who knows nothing about cars or electronics, I am always stressed about being ripped off or negatively treated. I was shocked to find out that Best Buy even offered stereo installations! And when I got there, not only was the customer service truly genuine from all the staff, but they were even able to fix OTHER issues I had in my car that I didn’t realize were related to my stereo & electrical! I drove in expecting a stereo installation, and drove out with an amazing quality system, my sunroof fixed, Bluetooth installed, and my steering wheel controls being functional for the first time ever! I am truly blown away. I fell back in love with my car, and will be recommending anyone I can to go there for even a portion of the experience I got. Thank you so so much!

My appointment was on a Monday, the Sunday before my scheduled appointment I received a call saying they had a cancellation and did I want to come in early. I get there and the technician said it would be about an hour but he actually had it done in about 30 mins. Great customer service

This location has a great team working to ensure that you have a great experience. They have plenty of knowledge and great personality. I had a lot of questions and they answered every questions that I had. They went over the new receiver and explained the basic functions. If you are looking for a good install and good experience, look no further than this location and this team. You will be glad that you did.

Install looks great .. very nice guy.. only issue was Friday appointment was cancelled and then rescheduled.. second appointment installer was an hour late for appointment… backup wire run was half way done

Radio installer was accompanibg for me being late. The install was quick and painless. They installed the radio and left the keys with the manager so i couls pick it up even if the installer was not their after hours.

The customer service, in depth knowledge and explanations by the tech who did the work, the installation and the product have been well worth it!

I really liked taking my truck there. I haven’t had a stereo. Put in my truck in a long time so I was presently surprised of how nice it was and the customer service was super nice. The only thing that happened was they forgot to hook up my back reverse camera, but I called back. They got me another appointment in right away and, fix it and I will be coming back to hopefully put some new speakers in soon. Finish the installation, but thank you very much. I thought it was great.

Radio Purchased was defective but was given an upgrade unit at no charge. Installation qas professional, neat new unit works great wireless connection. Happy with purchase.
