Was a great and fast service. The staff was always professional and did their work amazing. No issues!!

Install was fine. Bought radio for wireless Apple CarPlay and tech confirmed it; it won’t do wireless but will do wired. Pretty disappointed that I bought the radio for wireless but can’t use it since no one plugged in the correct wires to get it to work.

The two gentlemen who installed the head unit were absolutely awesome. I feel they went above and beyond expectation, hopefully these two are getting paid what their skill and customer service deserves. Thanks to those two we, they'll be our go to car audio installers.

The tech refused to connect the rearcam option. He insists that the button is only for show and that why would I want to see the backview. I also asked about the maestro integration in my car...a 2012 xterra. He insist it is not compatible although on the maestro websites, it says my car is compatible.

I didn't mind the wait for my stereo to be installed. The store offers so many items to purchase that it is easy to get distracted for some time while people are bustling about doing work for you. I didn't feel like the service took too long or anything and everyone was as helpful and accommodating as humanly possible. I'll go back!

Have had many items installed in my vehicles by Best Buy. Always right the first time.

Wish install was available at my "home" store, but the store I drove to did a good job. Only took 45 minutes, and have had no issues.

Best customer service I ever received. Guys looked nice and chill, very knowledgeable in the installation process. Even went as far to help me get setup with my new stereo. Can't remember the techs names, but definitely set up an appointment with the guys at the Oceanside store, off the 78 highway.
