The geek squad installed my TV quickly, professionally, picked up all debris and gave complete instructions. Could not ask for anything more.

Programming and unit are solid but took some time to get it right.

I would have given them a 5-star rating if my initial installation date had gone smoothly. I can see these men seem to be understaffed, and there were problems with the software downloading to the remote control. But, Rod had them rescheduled and Chad did a nice job setting up and teaching me the remote use. Thanks very much.

Programming of the remote could not initially be completed. A follow-up review determined that the remote codes for the Apple TV was not compatible with an older version of Apple TV that I owned. Best Buy traded out the unit to complete the programming.

The two men did a nice job of replacing our old TV set with a new one. They were knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful in addressing all the issues that came up.

The Geek Squad consisting of Shane and Rocky did a great job hooking up everything and getting our remote re-programed to work with the new TV. They explained how everything worked and how we can use it.

The Geek Squad was informative, courteous and very careful when installing and moving items from one area to another. They cleaned up and left the area as it was. I gave them a four star instead of a five because I do need to call them back with tech issues with our universal remote control.
