The standard Xbox brand one is a few more dollars but at least it works. This one, the audio jack doesn't fit in the port in the controller. The is so loose that it constantly looses connection. StandArd quality control should prevent this but alas, it says a lot about the brand.

The part that plugs into the controller has a short. Since nobody has time to hold in certain positions while playing a game he stopped using.

The connection into the console seems a little loose, so I guess this could be the reason. Also, the actual fit of this seems loose, especially when looking down. Not the worse tried, but far from the best.
