Nothing wrong with the controller, just cant do wires

So it says on box, Xbox1 and Widows, well it will work with windows, however it states on the support website that it is not supported for windows. No app to do anything this is supposed to do with windows. Take windows off the box if its not supported

They work, but the panels for the shell are loose, and when the controller vibrates, the triggers also rattle. The headphone jack shocks you from time to time. Not a very good controller.

I bought this controller within 2 days I had to return it, after getting it home, it lasted about 24 hours til it again broke. The problem is the cable connects to the controller with a micro USB plug, which is extremely fragile, and if you are in the slightest bit rough with it, or even just turn it the wrong way, the small pins connecting to the circuit board inside break which renders the controller useless.

Controller was fun while it lasted, but the cord lost connection after a few months.

It worked great until a few days ago. Now only a faint white light appears and the xbox doesn't even recognize that the controller is plunged in. I wasn't able to play multiplayer when I invited my friends to play battlefield 1. I would really like to exchange it for another one if that is possible. Please let me know. Thanks

Stops working, cord is too fragile, wireless better

This controller stopped working and now we have to deal with sending it back to the manufacturer for the manufacturers warranty per Best Buy. Do not purchase this item, it is very poor quality. Doesn't even deserve the one start I had to give it.

I am not by any means "rough" on my controllers but this one keeps breaking and disconnecting have had to replace it at least 5 times have honestly given up on it and am going to get a different type of controller

I bought this as a birthday gift and less than two weeks later the microphone died. It’s pointless for a kid like that. So I then get another one from another store, guess what? Junk!

The controller itself was fine but it would not operate properly with my headset. It produced a lot of static. Purchased one from xbox and headset works perfect now.

This item has stopped working twice on my son within a months time. I’m having to take it back now for a third one, not happy!

Just wish they made it in wireless. The controller otherwise is great.

Its a great controller for the price. Being able to set the colors is nice but not something your likely to do very often. If you need a wired Xbone controller this is the one to buy, ive bought other cheaper wired controllers that broke after a month.

This controller is better than I expected it to be, it's really responsive since it's wired and it lasts long, still have mine

Kids love the colors and the price was reasonable. It's a good backup when wireless controllers need battery charging. The cable can sometimes disconnect during play. Not sure if it's the kids or the device when that happens.
