Bought for my son and it didn't work and it kept acting up so I took it back to the store and had no problem getting a new one no problem so far great customer service

This controller is pretty good. there is no input lag (as would be expected). the customizable lights are great. check out some youtube videos and gather your thoughts... The wired part of this controller is not a big deal. the cable is long enough to game on the couch in the average apartment setting. the app you can acquire on your Xbox One is well done. lots of fun for your inner teen.

Purchased this wired controller as a gift. It has gotten rave reviews from my son. The neon colors are a little difficult to select. The wire is plenty long enough.

This controller was pretty nice. Not as nice as a 1st party controller, but it was a lot cheaper than it as well. All in all, I felt it was good for its price.

I bought this for my son. Wasn't sure if he would like a wired controller, but he loves it. The nice thing for me is that I don't have to buy batteries for it.

Purchased this because the box implied it was wireless. Got it home only to realize it was not. Returned it after ordering a wireless one off the website.

It has a long cord so it doesn't hinder playing. Easy to set up and is really cool to look at lit up.

Better quality than the 360 version. I like the removable cord for storage reasons. The length is also a plus for an active child who doesn't quite get the " if I go too far this will break" concept.

Initially It Was Good Until One Of The Joystick Begin To Rub On The Housing When Pressing Upward. It Became So Rough, Left Residue, And Had Some Resistance When Playing. I don't Know If It Was Defected From The Start But That Was My Issue....The Lights Are Cool Though.....

Good product. Like the fact that it doesn’t need to be charged just plugged in. Also it has a good length with the 10 foot cable.

Serves it purpose as our splitscreen controller. Cord is lengthy and the colors are vibrant.

The second one was better than the first for some reason the first one was defective and did not work but very happy with the second one.

Love the button customization but disappointed in the light customization. Would love to see this controller get a color cycling feature.

LOVE LOVE LOVE. The colors are so fun to play with and change here and there with your mood. I think that the transparency is so cool as well! I love being able to see what happens in the controller when my controller is rumbling in an intense scene in my video game... I am just overall so happy with this controller and it has met my expectations in every way. My best friend even wants one for her birthday after seeing and using mine!

I bought this controller for my fiance because its very colorful and unique. It delivered 100%! There is an app associated with the controller that allows you to change the colors, brightness, vibration intensity and you can save setups for different people. You can do most of it with the actual controller.(you dont need the app) Awesome product!

est.. 2-3 months of use. The controller itself seems to function fine. There's an app you can download that allows you to customize buttons, colors, vibration, etc.. The wire is where I run into issues... Traditionally with Wired controllers there has been an extension at the end of the chord to connect to the Xbox via USB. With this controller specifically the whole chord is one piece connected by mini USB at the top of the controller and USB at the end to plug into the Xbox. This connection tends to come loose OFTEN on the controller side causing the controller to lose power. I give this a Very Generous 3 stars only because it's a good day and the customization is a nice touch. Recommend for local play with a guest. I wouldn't take this controller online. Pro tip -- As long as you stay very still while gaming you should be fine... but where's the fun in that?
