I can't wear ear pods because I have constant itching. These headphones are a great solution! Excellent sound quality.

Had this for over a year now with a 8-10hrs daily use and battery life still good.

Enjoy that they do not go into the ear canal and you can still hear sounds around you. This helps to hear vehicles and approaching traffic when out walking.

Gave as gift to fiance. Doesnt hold charge as qell as the previous versions.

These OpenMove headphones are very light, and sit comfortably on my ears. They stay in place securely even while I’m running or jumping. The overall design is simple, but works, and the headphones feel durable. IP55 rating means I don’t need to worry about using them in the rain or while sweating. Setup was easy, and the multi-point connection option that allows me to connect the Open Move headphones to two devices (work phone and personal phone, in my case) at the same time is incredibly convenient. The controls are straightforward, a volume up and volume down button on the right earpiece and a multifunction button on the left. Between clicks, double-clicks, triple-clicks, and sustained presses, it turns out you can do a lot with just three buttons. I had never used bone conduction headphones before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect in terms of sound quality. I’m glad to say that music, podcasts, and calls all sound very good. Music isn’t quite as rich as it would be with in-ear or over-ear headphones, but I’m impressed at how these work. It’s great to have something that lets me to keep my ears open to hear surroundings when necessary, or to use earplugs (included in the box) when I want to keep out all that noise. The only thing I wish was better about the OpenMove is the battery life. These are rated for 6 hours of active use, so while they’re great for a long run or workout, they’re probably not going to last all day if you’re the type who’s got music on nonstop. Overall, these are a great option for someone looking to try open-ear bone conduction headphones.

These headphones utilize bone-conduction technology rather than a traditional earpiece or speaker. This technology is not new, but it's definitely been perfected with this lasted release by AfterShokz. The pieces that transmit the sound literally through your bones sit in front of your ear just below your temple. These have traditionally been marketed to athletes that still need situational awareness of surrounding sounds for safety such as bicyclists. But in reality, they work great in any environment such as an office or conference setting where you need to continue to be aware of your surroundings. They also include a set of foam earplugs if you want to block out any surrounding noise and concentrate on listening! The battery life is about 6 hours, and the recharge time is less than 2 hours with the USB-C port. They have an on/off button and volume toggle along with a multi-function button for answering calls, skipping tracks, or changing to one of three EQ settings. You can also access your phone's personal assistant such as Siri or Google. Where this unit excels is comfort! You hardly notice that they're on since there's no pressure on or in the ear! The Bluetooth connectivity is fantastic with no drops or glitches, and the microphone works very well for phone calls and voice recognition. I've worn them jogging, riding my bicycle, and falling off my bicycle and they stay in place with no moving around. They're water and dust resistant only, so you can't swim in them but they do have a 2-year warranty!
