To further make sure what caused it stuck and not get most particles, please do the troubleshooting steps below 1. May we know if there are wrinkles or uneven areas in the pool? 2. Is the height of the drain higher than the bottom of the machine? 3. If the bottom of the pool is curvature? If so, we regret to tell you that the machine might get stuck easily, and human intervention will be necessary.4. The pore size of the product's standard trash can filter is 180 μm, which can collect most garbage. However, we regret to tell you that the fine sand might not be collected well. 5. This machine is a basic model of the product series. The machine's dirt suction ability might not be very outstanding. The width of the bottom suction port is not very big, so the machine might only suck in some light and small particles. For garbage that exceeds the width of the bottom suction port, suspended garbage in the water, and algae on the bottom of the pool, we regret to tell you that the cleaning effect might not be very ideal. 6. Finally, please kindly check if the impeller is clogged, causing it to not work, make abnormal noises, run slowly, or only run in one direction. To further make sure what caused it not pick up deris and not working, please do the troubleshooting steps below:1. Please check whether the filter basket is damaged or installed incorrectly. 2. Please whether the spring of the baffle is deformed so that the baffle does not close properly. 3. May we know the material of your pool? We regret to tell you if the surface of the material used in the swimming pool is too smooth, the machine might not move in the pool.4. Could you please kindly check if the bottom of the pool is sloped/uneven? If so, it may also cause the machine could not move in the pool.5. If the issue is not associated with compatibility, please kindly observe whether the machine motor has started the water-test after the machine is turned on.
