As advertised, took every bit of four hours to get a full charge. Ran for less than 2 hours, so that was a little short of the specs. The problem was that it just didn't clean. It picked up small leaves, but no dirt. When it went over dirt piles, I could see the dirt coming out of the vent on top of the unit and going back into the pool. Useless to me so I returned it. To Best Buy, with no problems. They were great.

For dirty swimming pools, your device may need to be fully cleaned several times, and the filter will become clogged, please clean the filter and let the device work more times; 2. For swimming pools with complex bottom structures, your device may not be able to clean all areas at once. Please use it to clean the entire pool several times, and then manually clean the areas not covered by the device, like dead corners; 3. The product's standard filter basket has a pore size of 180 μm, which can collect most garbage. However, some fine sands may not be collected. It gets stuck almost every cleaning cycle and cleans maybe 1/2 as good as a corded Dolphin. It is basically a good backup to a corded cleaner. Sorry Aiper but this is the truth.

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this pool cleaner for my inground pool and the deep end is slanted (starts at 5 feet, goes to 7 feet, then to 10 feet) and it did NOT do a good job at all cleaning my pool. This cleaner missed a lot of spots in my pool and the pattern design that the website/manual states that it does, I guess doesn't work since my pool isn't one level. Climbing the wall/cleaning the floor mode...the cleaner kept cleaning the same spots, over and over again. So, I had no choice but to return it back to Best Buy.

It was easy to use but the battery life didn’t last very long and the suction didn’t WOW me. It just did not work up to expectation and ended up returning. Felt like I could pay less for something better.
