Gift card did not work, out of $200

I’ve been going back-and-forth with AirBNB and Best Buy for over a month now. No resolution at this point it’s just a $200 piece of paper. I am very disappointed who is Best Buy not honoring this purchase. No one can tell me if the card has been used prior. It has been the worst customer service that I have ever dealt with. Do not buy a gift card from here. It’s just too risky

Limited use of the gift card ruins it.

You can't add the gift card to an existing booking to complete the purchase. Also, if you are using a gift card to start a reservation you must pay the reservation in full.
