I bought the Airbnb gift cards in hopes of taking my fiancé to a nearby place that was immaculate and extremely welcoming. The type of place where I planned to ask her for her hand in marriage. A month and a half offer the purchase I went on the Airbnb app to book a place just like that only to find out that somehow my Airbnb e gift cards had already been used. After talking to support on both sides, Best Buy as well as Airbnb I was told that they would investigate it seeing as the gift cards were not redeemed by me. Best Buy told me they would get back to me. I haven’t heard anything about the reimbursement from either Best Buy nor Airbnb I wasn’t refunded either. Also there was no gift card resent buy Best Buy at all. So I basically spent 200$ to receive nothing. It was an absolute horrible experience. Where customer service and fraud departments from Best Buy totally dropped the ball. Needless to say I was so disappointed and really surprised by the behavior and outcome from Best Buy.

Worth for the cost spend as we found lot of home options in Airbnb

I probably wouldn't buy this again because of airbnb, not because of BB. Airbnb has a weird quirk where sometimes the gift card doesn't show up or is hidden and you actively have to select it to use it. So I've had stays where I couldn't take advantage of this which is frustrating (user error, obviously).

You can use the airbnb gift card to book both business and regular stays.
