Don't bother buying this. I read the reviews saying it was loud, and really didn't care about that part. I got it 6/2/21, and it was working great.....until 8/11/21. I turned it on, and something inside started bouncing around like a basketball in a cage! Turned it off, and turned it on a little later. The noise was completely gone, and it no longer blows cold air at all. Called geek squad, and they said it's something i have to take to the store to be replaced. We'll see what happens, because I called best buy. They tolde it cannot be returned, but the store will tell me what I can do now. So much for geek squad protection.

The service to me is great, they are very helpful and check to see if you need help.Enjoy shopping for my family and myself.

I bought this portable AC from the day I got it at never worked loud noise it says not to put on rug I bought plywood to see if it would help not worth the money has never worked from the moment I got it do I recommend this product absolutely not

The machine is not worth the money. I bought it in August. I started using it in November for the heater. It’s after 12:00am and I get up at 5:00am. I was woke up by the machine needing emptying. I have to empty it every 2 hours. Not worth even $10.00. Must less the amount I paid for it to stay warm. I can go to sleep and be cold or I can stay awake and empty the piece of junk. Not happy at all. I didn’t check it out until it got cold. And then it was to late to return it. Why does this piece of junk have to be emptied so much?

Product doesn’t have the cooling power it portrays. It barely cools a 200 square foot area

BEST purchase ever. My partner won’t cuddle with me if she’s hot. I bought this to freeze her into some snuggles and it definitely worked

Nice ac unit. Cools and heats my 300+ sq ft finished room over the garage which has pretty high ceiling space.

Not impressed at all! Says it cools up to 550 square definitely. Does not do that all!! Use it in my living room and can’t even tell that it’s cooling. And much louder than what I was expecting. Also does not come with a draining hose.

I haven’t used the heater yet sorry for the half review but the A/C is great. Continuously running while I have installed it.

So far so good. Need an ac unit really bad. As of right now they are working great!
