    the chair rolls smoothly, and the pillows are nice. You can lay in the all the way back, and it is stable. the armrests are adjustable, they slide forward and back and can twist inward or outward. it is a decent chair, I purchased it on sale.

    I had a mesh sling high back chair that stretched over time. This is a pretty firm but not uncomfortable. Lumbar pillow could a little bigger. Neck pillow is good to recline in. So far solid chair.
