Chair came in perfect condition. All items where in the box and assembly was very easy.

The computer chair has great lumbar support! The assembly was a little time consuming but it paid off. The lumbar support is my favorite part of the chair because i can move up or down depending on how long ive been sitting.

Very comfortable and versatile chair BUT i have a big issue with this chair. If you have anything sharp, it can loosen threads on the chairs. My dog has filed down nails but he still manages to loosen threads on my chair when jumping into my lap. I like the fact that this chair is super versatile but for about $200 i would like to see the material be more durable

Bought this when I realized I’d be working from home during a pandemic. This chair is great. I sit in it for about 8-9 hours a day and it’s super comfortable and doesn’t hurt (unlike my office chair).

Awesome chair looks great in my room. But comfortable wise it feels OK but I think they can do a lot better.

Got this chair and its just amazing and of course its a good price as well. Only thing is that is a magnet for dogs or cats hair

“Just okay” overall. The seat comes up on the sides as a stylish aesthetic making it a bit uncomfortable under your thighs where your legs sit. I really wish the arm holders would extend higher also. Not worth the price in my opinion but I can’t return it due to already tearing up the box it came in. Lumbar and neck support is very comfortable though making it just okay.

The screw wholes on the side of the chair are not lined up properly. fastening the back of the chair to the bottom of the chair leaves the back sitting at a crooked angle. I'm already dreading the the return process for this chair. The shipping weight is around 60 pounds and the large size of the package makes it extremely hard to pick up and move around. I'm sure this would be a good chair if it didn't have this one problem.

Chair is comfortable but it’s almost 3 months of purchasing and the screws started to separate and broken pieces started to fall off... No need to buy such an expensive chair if it’s going to fall apart after a few months.

I just bought and set this chair up 6 days ago, parts of it are rather flimsy like the plastic cover pieces on the sides of the chair to cover up screws, which I didn’t mind, but upon closer inspection I noticed the back rest is also fairly flimsy, which I am really bummed out about, it feels like there is a very thin piece of foam in the front only with just material on the back making there a big hollow back rest. With that being said, I feel it’s not going to last very long, and for just over 300$ I was expecting a little better quality. Not much better, but some better than this. I am returning this chair and trying to get one of better quality.

Really upset that I got to spend 45 minutes putting this thing together to find out it's not lined up. For an almost $300 chair you'd think there was some quality control. Do not buy this chair. Now I have to deal with return process then go through building another chair from a different brand.

Chair’s reclining mechanism and back completely broke. AK Racing customer is terrible. We have been waiting on parts to repair chair for 3 months. 2 year warranty is a joke, why not just replace the chair.
