I needed a new chair to help ease some back pain while working. This chair is super comfortable and helps your posture while sitting so there’s no pain. Being able to recline the back to take pressure off your back is the best feature.

Since April 2020 (currently September 2020), I have had nothing but comfort and support out of this chair. The fabric is holding up well. I work full time from home and I have been nothing but impressed with the chair's build quality. Well done.

I'm a big guy with back issues. I bought this as an office chair and love it. It's got a nice, high back. Lumbar support is easily adjustable and firm. The headrest is nice, and it's just a good, sturdy chair. I'm happy I bought it.

Got this for my son who’s spends hours at his computer earning an income and gaming. He can test the tolerances of any computer chair on the market. I can say with confidence that he would highly recommend this chair!

The chair is nice n comfy but it isn’t very tall. The chair can be lifted but it isn’t much and for the price, it fell short in that area

Very comfortable and great quality. Not very clear instructions on how to install the pillow straps. Also, the material smells awful. Been spraying it with fabric febreeze every day since it was bought... been about 2 weeks and still smells but is getting better.

Put it together in under ten minutes. I stress tested the recliner mechanism first thing. Its held up very well 6 months later, many uninterrupted napping sessions. My previous E-win chair recliner mechanism wore down so quickly that the seat would not stay upright any longer, it became a permanent lounger after that. I was shopping for a new chair and bestbuy happened to have one in stock due to an order cancelation. I was in luck, this chair turned out to be super comfortable, perfect for those long gaming sessions. Only downside to the chair are the armrests. They could benefit from a soft padding of some sort. I ordered my own memory foam arm rest pads and was good to go.

Bought this chair to replaced my old worn out office chair. I love this chair because the back can recline. Good for stretching my back, as i stay long hours creating/updating my game. Awesome and very comfortable!

I’ve had this chair for only about a month or two but so far it’s amazing. It was super easy to put together and it’s super comfortable! The ability to change the arm rest height and angle is a cool feature that makes a big difference.

Chair very comfortable with good neck and back support. This chair is a true high back. The assembly is not difficult. Product received as scheduled. Overall very pleased with purchase and if ever need to replace chair, will order again.

Amazing comfort, lumbar support and neck pillow definitely fit a bit loose . But overall great chair ! The all black look is a good choice and the assembly was extremely easy compared to other gaming chairs out there .

This chair finally made me realize why streamers were able to sit at their desks all day. I sat in it to check out a keyboard, but once I felt the comfort and build quality I had to leave the store with it.

Since I'm telecommuting 100% of the time now, I needed a better chair. Have had this for a few months now and still think it's excellent. Great back and neck support as well. Oh, and it was very easy to assemble.

I purchase this chair for console gaming and it’s great, the material keeps you cool when sitting for hours, because it’s made from fabric and not that pleather other chairs are made from. I also love the comfort and features. A bit pricey but a great buy.
