I actually put this chair together within an hour! It’s solid and very comfortable. I have been working from since March and needed something comfortable! It was a lil over my budget, but well worth it. Only complaint, it does not match my dining room table:).

I would give this chair 5 stars but it's seat is a bit firm and can get uncomfortable after a few hours. However, I understand that it may just need some breaking in. I've only had this chair for a few weeks at this point. Adjustability is nice, I have a tall desk and it adjusts high enough that my arm isn't resting on the edge of my desk, so that's a bonus. Lumbar support is a bit big for me, but I just take it off if it bothers me. Overall it's sturdy, easy to put together and worth it.

If you are going to siting this seat for longer than an hour, dont get it. This chair was not meant for long seating as in office work or prolonged gaming. Th arm rest will not be even usable unless leaning which will happen after about 3 hours due to discomfort. My prominent leaning side arm rest has delaminated and has uncomfortable jagged edges. I will never recommend this seat to anyone even if their intentions are to sit only for 5 minutes a day in it. Dont waste your money and buy a quality chair. Please advise from my year plus of use.

I'm a large person (6'2" 230) and the EX-wide chair fits with room to spare. The firm foam seat and lumbar pillow make for a very comfortable chair. Assembly was easy enough, and I was impressed by how sturdy the individual pieces were. Together, they made for a very solid feeling unit. That said, there were a few places that were disappointing. The arm rests have the look and feel of cheap plastic and only lock in place vertically. They also slide forward/back and pivot and since they don't lock they can shift during game play. The other disappointment is the head rest, which I stopped using because it won't stay in place. Whoever designed the cheap plastic part that tries (and fails) to hold the head rest in place should reconsider his job choice. Overall, the comfort of the chair earned it 4 stars but the arm rests kept it from getting the top rating.

Great chair. Comfortable, big enough for me (6'2" 230#), tall enough to support my head/neck, well built, nice finish though a little scratchy if youre without a shirt. Only issue I have is that it can be a little tipsy. On carpet when you roll forward the chair can start to tip a little. Also when I recline it all the way it can tip (again I am bigger than average). But once youre aware of these things you adjust. I still would recommend to a friend.

Sometimes I play World of Warcraft for hours at a time and this chair is very comfortable, with a head and lumbar pillow to give you that extra comfort. It is an extra wide chair, excellent for bigger/taller men or for men like myself that go to the gym often and have big legs and thighs. It has a metal base and frame, not plastic, and is very secure and sturdy. It has up to an 180 degree recline, so you could technically lay down on it and take a nap if you wanted to. The arm rests are 3D adjustable, so you can move the arms rests up, down, side to side or forward and backward. This is a great gaming chair and an amazing value if you can catch it on sale. It comes with a 5 year parts/labor warranty and a 10 year warranty on the metal frame. Akracing surely stands behind their product, and I can see why. They have created a high-quality gaming chair and I highly recommend it.

Originally bought this for the gamer in my house. He's a heavyset guy with back problems. He loved the comfort of this chair and was able to play for hours at a time without any back pain. I started working from home a little over a month ago. The office chair I had was not cutting it for an 8-hour workday. So I took this chair from the game room and brought it into my home office. What a difference!!! I can't believe they don't have these as standard office chairs in all offices. This chair is so comfortable! It allows me to work all day without my butt cheeks going numb or feeling any pain. It's wide and sturdy enough to handle a big girl (or guy) and provides butt support, back support, and neck support. So be warned... It's going to be hard to go back to using a standard office chair after experiencing this high level of comfort! Definitely worth every cent!

To cut things short the chair is really well made. Was also very easy to put together with great instructions. Also very comfortable for long gaming sessions. If you're a serious gamer looking for a chair you can't go wrong with this. Also has a great warranty.

I got this chair 2 years ago and I was one of the best purchases I have ever made. I have previously bought different companies, gaming chairs, and so far this has been the best.

I'm very tall (6'8"), and I've been using the chair all week and it's a massive improvement over my previous one. The lower back pillow is fantastic! The chair can recline back to basically be flat which, while not something I have a regular use for, is pretty cool. The arm rests are decently padded while giving good support, so no bruised elbows from it. Assembly was quite simple and the quality of the parts feel very sturdy. Overall I'm absolutely satisfied with the chair.

Bought it for my bf for when he is gaming. The lumbar support really helps with his back pain.

I spend a lot of time working and gaming in an office type atmosphere and needed a chair that was comfortable and well constructed. This chair is all those things and attractive as well. I would recommend it to anyone, my wife in particular just had back surgery so I just purchased another. She loves hers as well. Assembly was easy and the tools are included.

Putting it together was pretty easy even though I didn't have all the screws. I was only missing 3 screws for the trim pieces but I contacted Akracing and they sent me the screws within the same week. It looks good and feels really solid. So far it's been comfortable although I don't like to recline all the way back in it because it feels kind of sketchy. Great chair

This chair is wonderful. I can game and watch TV in a relaxing chair that is built for gaming sessions. I don't use the neck support pillow, like many of the other reviewers. The back support is extremely helpful. The chair is pretty soft as well. Assembly is pretty easy, and I recommend going to the Akracing website for more detailed instructions. Have fun all!

I purchased this chair a couple months ago, it’s a great chair has plenty of room being extra wide. Very solid, leans all the way back and I love the headrest pillow. Easy to assemble, it took me about 20 minutes. The box is very large, so make sure you can fit it in your vehicle if your picking it up from the store. The only negative thing I can say about the chair is that the back padding is very stiff; I wish it had a layer of the same, soft material the seat cushion is made from.

I bought this chair for my daughter, she loves It very much. The installation was very easy, It was took me about 10-15 minutes. During the installation, I have noticed the quality of this chair was Superb. My daughter said the chair is very comfortable and she loves It very much. I would recommend this quality chair. I know It is very expensive chair but It is worth it.

Honestly this is the best gaming chair I have ever sat in or purchased. Assembly is easy and the quality of the parts are top tier. I weigh 300 and this gaming chair takes it like a champ. Also for my height, being at 6’7 there is plenty of room while sitting and the adjustability is phenomenal!

My concerns were that this chair wouldn't fit (width) in the opening of my corner desk and that the material would be uncomfortable and hot. The chair fits perfectly at roughly 28in wide from the outside edges of the armrests and the material is durable, comfortable and regulates temperature rather well!
