I love it. Comfortable and really helped my back pain.

The material is much softer and nicer than other PU/ PVC leather textures and is easy to clean up. It feels much nicer on your skin than other materials available. We preferred this "wide" gaming chair in comparison to the others because it gives you more options to sit than the less wide chairs; lets be honest, who sits "ergonomically" when you're gaming anyways? Definitely a bonus that the armrest parts will move up and down/ back and forth for added comfort. It was also VERY easy to put this chair together, it took my boyfriend less than 10 minutes. He only had to look at the instructions once. Side note: We did not purchase this item for its "full value" listed today, but I bought it on sale on Black Friday. For the price I purchased it for, I think it's a great value, but not for the "full price" it's listed at now.

My last chair was a but too narrow for me and made it uncomfortable to sit on for gaming sessions sometimes lasting 2-3 hours. This chair is wide and much more comfortable! The lumbar and head support pillows are great. The armrests can be lifted and lowered, moved forward and back, and can be turned left and right slightly.

Got to replace a Serta big and tall chair that wore out in less than a year. Have had this for about 2 weeks. Too soon to tell if it will last. However, my son says that it feels better and likes the adjustability. Only 4 stars as time has not tested. Initially, very good!

I got this chair to help with the back and hip pain that I was experiencing in my old chair. The movable pillow helps with back pain and being able to adjust sitting easier helps my a ton. It and be had to lean, but the back reclines wonderfully.

So far this is one of the better desk chairs I have had. Much more sturdy than the traditional ones found at office stores. The cloth upholstery should hold up better the fake leather.

Being a big and tall guy this is the best year and that I have found I’m on my fourth chair in three years due to poor craftsmanship and regular chairs not being as comfortable. If you have a need for big and tall chair this is the best one that I have experienced.

We purchased this chair for our grandson who does a lot of gaming. The chair has a wide seat which adds comfort for a person who needs the extra room. The price was reduced during the period we purchased it but we would purchase it again at regular price if needed.

This chair is great! Feels good and I can sit for a good while. But do stretch at times, can’t be sitting all day. Almost slept in it one time. Only issue is the bolts get loose overtime so just tighten them down every year at least

This chair is comfortable. The lumber support pillow really helps. I also like that it has a fairly wide seat (at least for me…6’1, 225lbs).

Overall satisfied with the purchase. Only issue is there is no way to lock the arm rests. Every time I lean on them they push outwards.

Very good and supportive. Comfortable but not plush. I got this instead of a new office chair as I figured gamers sit still more and for longer times than most office workers.

My cheapo chair from Amazon broke, so i figured I'd spend twice as much and try this one. So far so good. Adjustability is really nice. The arms do swivel a little too easy tho.

The chair is awesome. I sit in it more than I do my theater chairs. It is comfortable for hours and hours. Getting another soon.

The chair is very comfortable. The wife is able to sit it for long periods without pain. Very happy with the chair.

Purchased this for my husband. He loves it and uses it for both gaming and while working from home.

This chair had a great first year, and has a great warranty, unfortunately the service to get it is lacking. Have had it for just over a year and the arm rest padding cracked open at a curve in the moudling, and the gas lift is starting to randomly drop throughout the day. Thankfully it comes with a good manufacturer warranty (4 or 5 years). This is where the frustration started. The form you fill out online is easy enough, but apparently the attachments didn't go through right so had to re-attach everything. They were quick to submit for a new arm rest but totally ignored the issue with the gas lift. Ended up spending another 5 emails arguing about the gas lift before they finally agreed to submit that part as well. But, at least they responded quickly. Now I jsut have to wait on the parts, which is going to be worse because of covid, but I obviously can't hold that against them. I would definitely perfer to not be replacing parts a year in, but still a solid chair.

I'm not a gamer, but my office chair broke a while back. I saw this on sale for a great price. I ordered it based on the reviews. So far my wife and I have been very happy with it. The only complaint we have are the "wings", we call them, on the sides of the seat. The seat flares up a little on each side so if you spread your legs they hit them and can be pretty uncomfortable. Other than that we like it a lot and are very happy with something we didn't even try out first like our other chairs.

Great item, arrived earlier than expected and easy to put together as well as being comfortable.
