95% easy to put together. The pillows are honestly the most challenging part. It arrived missing a few screws and the allen wrenches, but the customer service from Akracing was great. They also gave me better instructions on the pillows. Overall: sturdy, easy to put together, comfortable

Bought this for my son for his comfort during this distance learning situation. He loves this chair. He says it’s the most comfortable chair ever. The features such as the lumbar cushion and adjustable arm rests are great features also. Excellent chair for the great price.

I bought this because it was on sale for 199 an I needed to replace my old chair which the foam on the bottom had flatten and become super hard and uncomfortable. So far it has been great. I am fairly heavy and this chair being wider then other chairs similar has helped. Recommend.

Solid gaming chair, the material isn’t the most comfortable for when you’re in long gaming sessions, but it did earn significant praise from me with the lumbar and neck pillows, assembly wasn’t rocket science but wasn’t the simplicity one after a number of drinks one night would hope lol

Work from home just got easier camped in this baby! Solid construction to handle my 300lbs 6'2" frame. For those that are smaller maybe dont get the wide/big version as this gives room both sided to side but front to back as well for those with long legs.

At the time of writing this, I will have had the chair for 10 months almost exactly. It had been squeaking for a while so I decided to flip it over and oil it up. It stopped the squeaking but it must've corroded the Elmer's glue and chewing gum that this chair was apparently held together with. It broke in the same spot most cheap computer chairs break, right on the top of the stem part. The metal just broke... On top of that, the chair was actually pretty bad. The lumbar support pillow was way too big. It pretty much pushed you out of the chair. If it was about half the size it would be better. On top of that, It never stayed in the right spot for your back anyway. Pretty much unusable so I took it off which leaves your back to fend for itself. The armrests were weirdly uneven? As if one was put on crooked from the factory. The lock that stops it from leaning was pretty bad too. It is located on the right hand side of the chair and when activated, it holds the right side pretty well, but the actual frame of the chair flexes so it just ends up wobbling. Don't buy this chair unless you absolutely have to. It's cheap garbage modeled after a nice version by Omega or SecretLab. If you have the choice between this and a boring looking office chair, choose the office chair. Your back will thank you. Office chairs are meant to sit in for a long time, this garbage is made to look like a racecar seat and that's about it. You get what you pay for. I've learned my lesson about cheap chairs, hopefully this helps anyone looking for a cheap chair. Avoid this chair. Good luck boys! o7

Not as comfortable, during extended sessions, as I'd hoped. The bottom cushion can feel a little too firm for my taste. The arms also don't adjust enough for me: I'd prefer greater height adjustment: just 2 inches or so.

did not like the armrests, move too much and for being foam , it was too firm, hard

We've only had the chair for a few weeks, but it is super sturdy and big. I bought it for my 12 year old son who assembled it all by himself. And it shipped all the way to Hawaii!

I really like this chair it has a good material, but my cats love to claw at it and it tears up the material easy with their nails.

I love when Best Buy puts these chairs on sell, they work great for my game room.

The chair was relatively easy to assemble if you ignore the manual it comes with (the manual is confusing). It looks deceptively comfortable - but once you actually sit in it, and if you sit like I do, where I tend to keep my legs apart, you'll start to notice the steel side wings dig into them and become very discomforting. Ended up returning this one and bought the Max model instead which fixes that issue.

Still going good, no complaints, bought it for someone else I am writing this review to get the 25 BB rewards points

Chair was easy to assemble. The chair seems to be heavy duty. The only change would be a little cushion on the armrests.

Heavy duty. Wish arm rest was 1/2" higher. Well worth price. Bought on sale.
