Chair is amazing at first, but the quality of the wheels is trash, mine broke with to warning and i can't even find how to contact AK racing to see what next steps might me. I spent WAY to much money on this chair for it to last less then 2 years!!

This chair is pretty incredible! Seems to be pretty stable and very well made. It's going to used quite a lot, very pleased with what I chose I ordered another chair for my son to use for his gaming experiences.

I loved this chair the minute I sat in it. The comfort and adjustability made it great for being able to sit upright as the back tilts more forward than average chairs. Being 6'1" and 285lb I am well within the weight range for this chair. But a few months after owning it, I sit down and hear a loud crack and the caster comes out. I examine the base and find the castor mount cracked and some fine cracks in the leg of the base. Since I was past my 90 days, I applied on the manufacturers website for a warranty replacement of the base, included a description and receipt and pictures as requested. Got a response 7 days later asking for exactly what I had already sent and a case number, which I resent as a reply as requested. That was almost a month ago........

At first I really found this chair comfortable. However one of the legs broke causing the caster to not stay in. This chair is useless to me now. I have contacted the manufacturer for support but have not heard back.

This chair is a good comfortable gaming/computer chair. I am 6 foot tall and weigh 212 lbs and this chair is a good fit for me. I would estimate that it would still fit most people that are about 6 inches shorter or taller and would probably be comfortable for those that are up to 100 lbs heavier. It is a wide chair, but I like to be able to sit with my legs comfortably spread and my hips still are fairly wide as I have recently lost over 100 lbs. The fabric is coarse and so far seems reasonably cool. The box arrived a day prior to the initial estimate, undamaged and well packed. There were no apparent defects and was easy to assemble with the tools provided. The instructions are pictorial and don't include any text instructions, but are easy enough to follow. The bolts come already loosely in place and must be removed and replaced during assembly. This would slow you down if you were assembling several of the chairs, but is helpful to assure you use the correct bolts in the correct areas. The other day I spent the whole day (over 12 hours) on my computer video editing and only got out of the chair for restroom breaks without discomfort or major stiffness on rising, which for me is great, as I have multiple arthritic conditions to include degenerative disc disorder. The only thing I wish it had, that it is lacking, is the ability to adjust the pitch of the seat, but if I make sure the lumbar support is raised properly it is not really an issue. The lumbar support and head cushion are suspended on elastic bands that make it easy to adjust therm. The chair seems very durable and I expect it to last a long time.

The chair was very comfortable but definitely was not worth $400. Base broke.

this chair was so easy to put up it only took 10 minutes. When I sit in it. It is so comfortable that I dont want to get out of it. I bought the chair because I sew all day and I want a comfortable chair for my back. Well this does the job. However I have to move around from one table to the next, when I lean forward to move my chair it has tipped over twice, once it tipped right on the floor. The second time I was able to catch myself before I fell.

I Loved how the chair was so easy to assemble plus it was a decent price i paid from the sale discount but most importantly its one of the top 3 most comfortable chairs ive sat in ever in life.

Loved the non wide version of this, but needed more room. This gave me exactly that along with a great look, thanks to this being the SE model. So comfortable, full recline, excellent material. I'll never go back to PU leather or non-wide chairs ever again

I wanted to like this chair sooo much and was sooo excited for it. Sadly, it didn't live up to expectations. My husband has the Akracing Masters Series Max and we both loved his chair. I thought especially with the good reviews and having had a chair similar, that it would be just as good. It is not as comfy by far as the Masters Series Max, so disappointed. Also, when I received the chair, it looked as if the gloves had been worn and were dirty, the screws and tools that it came with were not contained in their package and were all over the place, and a piece of the chair fell off while we were putting it together. Still cannot figure out where that piece came from or where it should go. There is a plastic piece on the side of the chair that came on it, that is VERY loose and unable to be tightened or anything. For this expensive of a chair, the chair should not be falling apart, uncomfortable, pieces everywhere, and things dirty. It felt like someone had returned it and they just decided to go ahead and sell it as new. Needless to say, I will be returning this and getting the same as my husband rather than this cheaper version.

This was a great chair, unfortunately it was missing a bolt when it arrived so I had to spend extra money on that. However it seems solid and for someone that works all day from home it has been a good addition. The directions were not very user friendly but we got it managed.

It's quite comfy and very roomy on the seat. The back is quite tall. The pillows are soft. It was easy to put together as the screws were already in their holes.

Chair is very comfortable and we love it! The directions weren't the clearest but altogether it was fairly easy to put together. Have only been using it a few weeks but seems pretty durable.

Excellent chair very well built and comfortable exactly what I was looking for.

No reason why Gabriel Faure is because it's my 1st gaming chair however the chair with easy to build and is also very comfortable

Well made, sturdy, Easy to assemble. I am able to adjust the height of the chair and arms so that my arm is level with my desk, which relieves fatigue.

Missing screws this was a Christmas gift for my wife. Said chair would’ve been perfect
