Assembly was easy with some minor adjustments. The chair is very comfortable and love the available adjustments and back support. I recommend if you spend even an hour on your computer.

This is a really high quality chair. It has all of the options, and is comfortable. I can sit in if for hours while I both game and work. I can adjust everything so that it fits me ergonomically. I am very satisfied!

It’s heavy! Assembly was straight forward and the parts seem made to last. The chair is comfortable for me or my teenage son to sit in and work, game or do online schooling. Would buy again.

I’m 5’10 195lbs and this fits amazingly! It was easy to assemble and got a lot of compliments on how clean it looks! It’s my first gaming chair so can’t compare it but I love it!

Chair feels well built, was easy to put together, and has a good amount of adjustability. Not the cheapest chair in the world, but I felt like I got my money's worth with this.

I bought this chair for my 10 year old and he loves it. It was one of their smaller chairs but is still slightly too big for him, although he should grow into it soon. I was surprised at how comfortable it was when I sat in it.

First gaming chair. Love it. Sits good. Easy build. Love the neck support. Arm rests are great. Wish it was a little wider so I could sit crisscross applesauce while I game.

This chair is really comfortable and easy to put together. It literally took me about 15 minutes. It also arrived a couple days earlier than expected.

I use this primarily for work. I like the armrests but unfortunately I have a desk meant for elementary school kids. Assembly is not too bad either

The bar was pretty low when replacing my old computer chair…but sitting on this thing for 6+ hours a day during my work hours is exceptionally comfortable. Easily the best chair with plenty of adjustments that can be made and smooth ride when rolling around. Got a deal on it too!

I've got this chair in my bedroom. Its new, only a few days old. Noticed a weird odor today, found it was coming from the chair. Its unpleasant, so not too happy about that. Maybe it will go away. The chair is comfy otherwise but I think I should have gone with a 160 dollar virtually identical chair, but I was trying to get away from any disappointment. This is th e trouble with online purchases, you never know until its too late. I would recommend a less expensive version, you can get basically the same thing for less than half the money znd perhaps skip the smell.

It is a very solid gaming chair. It was easy to assemble and looks great. It is comfortable, I use to game and work.

I desperately needed a replacement for the office chair I was using, so I searched around the Best Buy website for the best chairs and this popped up. I thought "Why not? I have the store credit and it's on sale." and I pulled the trigger. It was simple enough to set up. It may have taken me 25 - 30 minutes to get it set up, and another 5 afterward to realize the seat was tilting too much and needed a quick fix. For what I paid for it, it's an easy 5 stars. I bought a different office chair last year, and while comfortable, it just sadly didn't last long. The chair I've been using before this was extremely uncomfortable and I desperately needed something new and the adjustable chair that came with my art table wasn't going to get the job done. With the adjustable arm rests, tilt, large adjustable back, pillows, and weight, this is a no-brainer. I'm hoping this lasts for years to come.

I love this chair but within 9 months of use, one of the wheels broke off. I’m disappointed in having spent so much money on this chair for it to break so soon, especially in such an odd way. Everything else is good, very comfortable, adjustable.

Solid, comfortable chair. Instructions are a bit vague. Only thing about the chair is the way it tilts forward when sitting down and getting up.

High quality and worth every penny! I love how professional this chair looks, both feminine and functional. It's made of high quality materials and was easy to put together. I love the ability to lean back at certain intervals easily.
