Great chair super comfortable fell asleep in it a few times already. The right size for a Big Tall person (385lb., 6"ft. 2"in.). Easy to assemble 15-20min., it has weight to it but not to heavy. Got it on sale $357.63 w/ tax was $500 something. Nice quality I'm loving this chair it's awesome

I love this chair. No more baby seats for me. This chair is the big man's dream and extremely comfortable. I'm not a gamer but I spend a lot of time working on my computer. My only grip is the I wish I'd been more patient and purchased the solid black chair.

I bought this on deal of the day and got a real good price for it. My wife wanted a new chair for her work at home office. She mentioned getting a gaming chair. This then appeared the next day on deal of the day so I bought it for her

Awesome gaming chair! Comfy and has a high back. My hubby loves it! It also has an extended warranty. One of the arm rests wouldn’t lock in place so the manufacturer sent us a new arm to put on.

I am a big dude at 350+ and this chair is solid and comfortable. I was concerned with the price since it is very expensive, but the quality and comfort is there.

So far its outstanding and comfortable. The key to me is how long is it's going to last. But at least it's got a five year warranty which is much better than some of its competitors

I purchased this chair on sale, for the price it was great. My only issue is when delivered, one of the lifts to adjust my chair was broken off on the left side. I found it inside of the shipping materials. I'm not sure if it was just the shipping, if it needed wrap around the lifts, or both. I can still adjust it on the right side and this thing is too heavy to return. Somewhat disappointed. Otherwise, a great chair, very comfortable, needed it for my back issues.

The base broke on this chair with 2 yrs of purchase. There is a 5yr parts and labor warranty, but Best Buy support online is of no help (although I purchased via the web). I am now forced to either drag it into a physical store according to chat or deal with the manufacturer. Buyer beware.

Used for an office Chair I’m on the computer working from home all day and thought I’d go with this choice got a good sale price and went for it I’m glad I made the purchase

I got this because I heard that gaming chairs were great for your back. As a nearly 60–year-old woman who is now working from home, my old office chair did not suffice. Assembly was easy enough, but the chair did not agree with my center of gravity and frequently scooted out from under me. The final straw came when I sat down gingerly, tried to roll up to the desk, only to have the chair shoot out behind me, hit something, and fall on top of me, pinning me to the floor partly under the desk. As soon as a family member rescued me, I texted the neighbor college student who helps me with chores. He was very happy to take it off of my hands, and enjoys it to this day.

Wonderful chair. Wide and no squeaking when you move in the seat. My husband loves it and takes naps in it all the time.

Got this for my daughter because she spends a lot of time at computer. The tells me that the lumbar pillow is great for her back.

Good computer chair for tall people. A lot of adjustments available.

Bought about a year ago and over time the back piece has slowly been going lower and lower. About 2 months in there was a pop in the base of the seat and the back does not come up as far as it use to.

5’ 9” and my feet barely touch the ground needs more cushion but overall sturdy chair

2 Stars because I really want to love this chair, and I guess it's fine when it's not trying to kill me. The wheel base is too small. It has a ridiculously small diameter for such a large chair. Which means it takes very little before my butt ends up on the floor. This chair has dumped me out at least 3 times in the 5 months that I've had it (with several more near misses). And I've been as aware and careful as I can be since the first time. But it just takes me reaching or leaning forward a little for the whole thing to over balance and slip out from under me. It's also SUPPOSED to be capable of leaning back nearly 180 degrees. Don't try it. This is a big problem and I'm deeply unhappy. This chair is specifically marketed for big and tall people, with a 400lb weight capacity and everything. I'm well within the specifications. Unacceptable. I can also feel the mechanisms and such ALREADY starting to get wobbly. It's been 5 months. Don't buy this chair.

This gaming chair is a must buy. I love this chair. It is very comfortable.
