The reason I am giving this a 3 instead of a 5 is because once assembled a random plastic piece fell out of the seat area and I have yet to determine what it goes to or where it truly came from, but you can tell that the piece had broken off of something.

Got it in the mail, put it together (With a little difficulty putting the brackets on the back part), and ended up with the best computer chair I've ever had. The quality is great and I don't ever feel like I'm about to fall over or that it's flimsy in any kind of way. The real test is how long will it last. I've currently had it for 2 or 3 weeks.

Chair is nice and sturdy, solid metal frame and build, my only issue with with the arm rests. They have locking up/down movement, and locking in/out movement, but the forward/backward, and turning do not lock, so the pushing on them with even light pressure move them around, making it akward to maneuver sometimes.

Great chair. Very sturdy and rolls well on carpet.

This chair replaced an older office chair and it was one of the best purchases I’ve made. It is very sturdy between the metal framing to the base, the added cushioning and overall feel of it. The ability to recline, adjust the arm night & position is also a plus. Overall very comfortable chair.

Finally splurged on a gaming chair. It was on sale but still a bit pricey. I was having issues with finding a decent sized seat. This one didn't disappoint. Easy to assemble with all the hardware needed included. Took me less than 30 minutes to assemble. I do wish that the base is a bit wider though.

Stiff. Can't figure out the levers below the seat. Probably my fault. It was the only good big mans' chair I could find. I haven't used it that much. We'll see if it works out. The arms move too much.

Chair has lots of adjustable settings, is well-crafted, and looks very sharp. I would have given it 5-stars if the bottom cushion was a little more comfortable. Its really firm, so after an hour or so, you have to adjust, or use a thin cushion for better comfort.

I am using this for 8 months so far, this is a great chair for big boys, fits well, I can decrease the seat hight less a minimum hight, I prefer to have a lower seat hight which is not possible anymore.

I bought this chair for my husband. Since working from home during the COVID pandemic, he couldn't find a comfortable chair. This chair fits his needs and it's not bulky like some of the other chairs out there. Overall he is comfortable sitting in this chair all day.

I never thought I’d spend so much money on a computer chair, especially one fashioned after race car seats but I’m glad I did. I love this chair! My family got me the Masters series chair n I love it but I’m wide and the bucket edges would dig into the back of my legs, making long sitting sessions very uncomfortable. Well, I was so impressed with the quality of the chair that I invested in the Max and I’m glad I did. It has a flat bottom so no more digging into the back of my legs. I love being able to rock the chair and being able to lock at at any position. If you work from home, game, or just sit for long periods of time for whatever reason, these chairs are a great investment

Armrests are rigid and not very comfortable or practical. Wish they had more height adjustment and placement on the chair itself, meaning more forward or back. The chair itself is very comfortable but not very breathable meaning my back turns into a fireplace about 30 minutes into sitting in it. The lumbar support feels awkwardly large and the head rest pillow is awkwardly small. Almost found myself wishing they were swapped as it would be more ergonomic. The reclining and adjustment on the chair itself is perfect and works well. In an overall scheme i would say this chair is very good and worth purchasing if you are taller and dont care too much about the armrests.

So far I've been using the chair for almost a month I love it. It has a solid frame and if you are like me who sometimes falls asleep in your chairs after gaming all night this chair is like another bed to have. I highly recommend the Akracing Masters series.

Just received the chair and I checked each piece with a flashlight. Just wanted to be sure nothing was damaged. Every thing looks good except I'm missing 2 screws that hold the side cover on the seat. I'll write to AKRacing about the screws. Hope they will send them to me. This chair is replacing a Ewin Racing chair that's not even 2 years old. The recline mechanism broke and have contacted Ewin several times about my problem. They said yes it's broke but we don't have the part. It's been 3 months. Don't buy an Ewin Racing chair horrible customer service.

BB didn't have many options for chairs when I went. I am happy to have picked this up. A bit costly for a man of my taste but well worth the purchase. Many functions and is really quite comfortable. I'm 6'3'' 250 pounds

Easy to install probably takes like 30 mins. I’m a big dude and this thing has plenty of space and is comfortable. Only thing is the arm rest can go out but would also love them to go in further.

Very comfy chair. Reclines nicely and is stable on carpets. No creaking noises, clicks whatsoever as of this review. A little hard to assemble at first but that was my first time assembling a chair. Overall, recommended.

Got this chair as a tacky solution to support my back and fit my butt on without it breaking. So far it's working great. Wouldn't suggest this model in particular for tall or thin people since the seat is rather wide.
