My story is that I wanted a higher chair because my new desks are taller. It's tough to find a chair that is really tall, but the Akracing Max does the trick. I still find getting comfortable a bit tougher than in my mesh chair, the foam is quite firm, but overall I am pleased.

Not a great chair

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The center of gravity is too far in one direction and the base legs are not long enough so this chair tends to want to tip you out of it onto the floor. I've seen others complain about the issue and they are definitely correct. The front edge of the seat seems to bend far more than it should so if you don't have the seat tilted back a bit you feel like you are going to slide out of the chair. The seat bottom is a lot harder than it really should be. My previous DXRacer Boss (sadly they no longer make it) was a way better chair for larger people than this one.
