great chair for a good price (on sale). Easy to put together, very comfortable and sharp looking.

I work in front of a computer for upwards of 10hrs each day, and I also like to do a bit of gaming. So, a quality chair is definitely important to me. The chair seems very sturdy and made of good quality material. The options to adjust are great, it pretty much has everything one needs in terms of adjustability. However, it does have some shortcomings that a chair this price shouldn't have. Pros: Things not always found in other chairs. 1. Able to adjust arm rest (4 directional) 2. Able to adjust backrest all the way down. 3. Able to adjust height 4. Last but not least and my favorite. Able to adjust seat/chair tilt. This 4th is actually not that common in office chairs and is a big plus. Cons: Issues that shouldn't exist in high quality chairs. 1. Max height is pretty low 2. Seat depth is too short. 3. Lumbar support straps keep sliding off, does not stay in place. 4. headrest is very small. I'm actually going to be returning this chair.

Chair is comfortable and pretty solid. Arctica There are no holes to to secure the straps for the lumbar pillow. I have no idea how other seats have holes to secure the straps but not for the Arctica (I think the Tri Color is the same). I emailed AK Racing, and the response I got was basically to just form an "X" to secure the straps. I did that... it was able to do the trick, but the straps kept on sliding off the sides. Not only that it's not functional, it's also aesthetically not pleasing. Like I said, I don't know what got into the designer's mind for not including a cut out for the straps to secure the lumbar pillow. It's sad because this is a very nice looking chair that got messed up. What a waste. Also, I am 5'9 and 175 lbs, and I sit on the chair comfortably. However, I noticed that if I widen my legs for a bit, the sides stop my thighs. So, I am not sure if this will be comfortable for someone who has a wide frame. Just, FYI. If you go for the Master's Series, definitely stay away from the Arctica and the Tri Color.

I purchased this chair on a Deal of the Day special and while there were still less pricey options I found the reviews to be reliable and can now add my own to the count! Smooth operation and very comfortable once you've dialed in your customizations. Time will tell how reliable and long lasting this unit will be, but I'll be a happy customer if it lasts as long if not longer than it's predecessor (10+ years)!

You can really feel the quality, but my only complain is it’s a bit to narrow. If your a heavier guy I would stay away from this chair

Easy to assemble. Very comfortable! Armrest could be more stable.

Bought it when it went on sale for $299.00. It's a nice chair, but not worth the full price. The seat area takes awhile to get use too. Needs to be about an inch or two wider. The material of the chair is nice and seems like it will last. I replace gaming chairs about every three years because of wear and tear.

I had been using a basic office chair for my long hours of gaming and it was starting to take a toll on my back. I needed something with more support and that is exactly what this chair gave me. I no longer have a sore back after 4-6 hours of gaming and I am so thrilled with this chair. I Highly recommend this if you spend long periods of time gaming or working:)

Chair was easy to put together. Very comfy and has good lumbar support!

The chair is really easy to assemble and put together. I did it with my 5 yr old son. I bought it for my father who is 5'1 and has issues with chairs usually, since he can't touch the floor. But this chair really works for him and he can sit all day on it. He uses it as a work/office chair. I'm glad he likes it.

Awesome chair, super comfy, premium build, and easy to build

Due to COVID and working from home extremely long hours I have purchased 3 work chairs which this being the third. The other two chairs became very uncomfortable within a month or less. With this chair I noticed immediate results. The chair is very comfortable and there are several options to adjust your to your needs.

This is truly a great chair as I've fallen asleep in it nearly fully reclined. I'm a bit tall at 6' with a small bone frame at 155lbs so this chair is slightly too big for me, but I'm fully confident that it can support me reclining as far back without having to fear myself tipping over. Great neck and back support, all it's missing is leg support when you fully recline it. One thing that I didn't like was the setup, though. If you're setting it up by yourself and are like this small bone frame guy, it's not going to be super easy. This thing is pretty heavy. And to make it worse, the setup manual included wasn't even for this exact model and was not very clear in its directions. Despite this, it's not impossible to figure out, but just saying that you would expect an accurate and detailed manual if you paid a premium on the chair. It's very comfortable though, and I'm sure I'm going to enjoy it for years to come.

This chair is great and comfy when it comes to sitting for long hours. I ended up enjoying it so much i bought AKRacings foot stool as well. My only negative for this chair is the the seat is a little narrow so if you got meaty thighs the sides might dig into them. Other than that an amazing chair.

It's a great looking chair and happy to see it's very well built and solid. For me the lumbar support was way too big and it's more comfortable without the pillow (I'm 5'10"). I really like the recliner feature.

Super comfortable chairs for hours and hours and of endless gaming pleasure. If you can’t get comfortable in this chair your probably need butt implants ( hahaha ) purchased as a gift and now the gamer in my family loves it and all his gamer scores are rocketing up !

Awesome chair for the price! I know it Seems expensive, but this chair holds up. I have gone through 3 chairs in the last year with Work from Home, and the gas module keeps leaking, causing the chair to sink. This chair has held up well! Will recommend!!!

Shopped around before purchasing on sale. It’s a well made chair with adjustable arms. That was key for me- ability to adjust arms up and down ; the arm rests slide forward and back; and tilit in and out. Many chairs don’t have that capability. On sale and with rewards points it was a great buy for me.
