The chair is very stable compared to the old office chair we had.

Chair looks and feels good/ my son loves it but it is too narrow even though he is a small frame kid. One of the screws sticks out on the side due to some defects. The arms test material easily chips away in small pieces.

Bought this as a long-term pandemic work chair. Chair doesn't stay full locked in tilted positions unless you have the back reclined. Arm rests easily start coming apart

the chair is okay, not as comfortable as i thought it would be. sitting down on this chair for long periods of time can become uncomfortable. for the price you can get better chairs.

I purchased this chair, and then promptly returned it to the store within 3 days of use. Initially, I was looking forward to this item, based on the reviews, and the initial 'feel' from sitting in it was 'positive' HOWEVER, the initial hint as to a possible issue was when the chair tipped forward while I was getting up and off the chair. I took note of that and thought to myself, i have to be careful when standing up and perhaps not lift up with the chair arms or, try another way of getting up. There were a couple more slight 'tips' and I took further mental note. There was one time - the last and final time - when I gave up on the chair. I was standing up and getting off the chair and .... I went down on my behind. The chair slid backwards (as though it were falling forwards). Fortunately, nothing was damaged by the chair sliding out of control, and I didn't injure myself too badly in going down, just a bit sore but my buttocks sufficiently with padding, I was ultimately fine. This chair is a health hazard! And, it potentially can damage not just you, but your property around your desk / workstation. The folks who designed this should be fired. Such a seemingly 'slight' mismeasurement and... you have a chair that 'go down' from standing to fallen so easily. Trust me. Test this chair before you buy it, or before you commit to it. Simply have two legs at the 10 o'clock and 2 o'clock positions, chair facing forwards, and apply a little weight/pressure and watch the chair tip forwards and lift off its rear.

difficult to assemble and chair was tilting side ways until we figured out what was wrong. bit pricy for a gamer chair.

Solid chair nice lookkng chair but its small for my thighs and causing pain after sitting more than 2 hour

Not that comfortable. Not worth the money. Neck and lumbar support sucks. Arm rest not stable.

Chair had a cut in it so I went and got the pro version.

Enjoyed this chair for barely 2 years, however for the price I payed this should have lasted much longer but the wood in the seat somehow broke and made this cheap chair unusable! I weigh barely over 150 lbs too. Steer clear of this massive waste of money!!!

Looks nice thats about it. Rocking function slips throwing you foward. Was sent new rocker assmebly same problem. Now no help at all. Company says it cant be broken.. Five year warranth means nothing.

not comfortable at all. little pillows are always falling off. hard plastic under elbows.

The bolts pre-fitted into the chair back had to be removed to attach to seat, bolts would not fully go back into holes.
