Nice chair. Comfy to sit in. Arm rests are good. No regrets.

The chair arrived packaged very well. The chair was very easy to assemble. The materials are very high quality. The width of the chair is wider than I expected, but very comfortable. I did purchase this chair during a black Friday pre sale at over 25% off.

The chair feels solid, the materials feel sturdy, the leather and the base feel well built, however the chair fails in the ergonomics. I guess I explain with PROS and CONS:
PROS:
-Solid Materials
-Good quality leather
-Nice looking overall
CONS:
-Seating and back base are super hard
-Neck and lumbar support pillows are extremely uncomfortable.
Had to remove them could not stand them.
-Limited ergonomic options: up/down, lay back, Arm rest all directions but they still stay very far on the sides.
For the money you are paying is just no worth it. More than a headache this chair is going to give you back aches, plenty of them. Stay away.

So this chair is super comfy. The only down side is it doesnt go up high enough for me. Im 6'5 and its highest setting just barely works for me. Its odd considering this is a XL chair which says it accomodates someone taller. So im keeping the chair and swapping out the gas cynlinder to allow me to sit higher

The assembly was relatively easy even with the pictorial installation guide.
I liked being able to customize the heights for my work station. This helps my posture and comfort while working all day.

I was trying to adjust the height of the chair and the lever just snapped off. I've owned this thing for 2 hours and 'm not a very strong woman. For the price this chair is incredibly cheap.

I AM A PROFESSIONAL award-winning writer, bought this last year, in 7 months, the seat totally collapsed and is now very uncomfortable. I contacted the company AK RACING as was quickly told the Five Year warranty does not include wear and tear.
WHAT?
WEAR AND TEAR? BS
