Very comfortable chair, especially for working at home during COVID-19.

Comfortable and solid - wish the lumbar was "mechanical" rather than an adjustable pillow. Hard to get neck support to line up with the rest. Will see over time. Using as an office chair.

Padding in chair is comfortable, back support is nice. Arm rest paddings feel a bit hard and caused elbows to hurt after extended use.

The price is insane but I’d buy it again and again if I had to. I’ve sat in other chairs and always felt like they were stiff as not much cushion but my god is this chair comfortable. I needed something that helped my posture and back and this is gold.

I have installed and setup the chair as per the instructions in the manual. The seat wobbles on the center cylinder and it becomes annoying if i am not reclining on the chair. Nevertheless, the chair is made of good quality material but too high a price. I gave it a two because I was disappointed with the wobbling.

I really tried to like this chair but it was just too stiff. For the price, I was expecting to feel like I was sitting on clouds. Also, I believe it has a design flaw, when you sit on the front edge of your seat, the chair goes under you. Once that happened I knew it was time to go.

Nice chair, and comfy but it is way overpriced. Buy it on sale.

I have owned this chair for less than 4 months and each month seems to bring new issues. The first month was fine, it was not as comfortable as expected, but tolerable. The second month, the chair began squeaking and popping with any movement. It's not only obnoxious but also audibly noticeable over phone calls. The third month what little padding there was already began to show signs of wear. This is 3 months in, granted using it an average of over 10 hours a day but this illustrates the longevity and quality issues with this "pro" product. Now, not even through month 4, the chair bottom is stuck in the most reclined position and I have been waiting nearly a week to get a response from customer support on warranty options. If you actually have to do any real work in this chair aside from gaming a couple hours at a time, I can not recommend against it more.

Love this chair its a little to expensive is the only problem I have with it so far.

Very good chair but the arms broke on me really fast. I think there is a defect with these arm rests. For the price I paid this should not have happened.

This chair is sooo comfortable. The lumbar pillow helps tremendously. One caveat, the assembly instructions are not very clear, but a little common sense will help.
