The bottom shelf was not cut correctly and therefore did not fit. Therefore, I was unable to attach it. The desk still works.

It was smaller than i orginally thought it would be and i at first wasnt happy about that. But thinking upon it more, it will totally work for gaming on my laptop.

Received a Defective/Returned Desk

The desk appears to be a returned item/defective item. I would like it picked up and a new item delivered. When I called I was transferred to 5 associates - no resolution. When I use the chat, I just keep getting placed on hold - no resolution. Can someone help me?

The instructions consisted of just a few pictures. Not for the beginner in my opinion. My kit came with important pieces missing. Had to improvise to get it together. Other than that it served the purpose for which I bought for.
