Getting a big and tall chair the seat is narrow at the arm rest point. Swivles great, extra durable but it is not worth it even on sale.

Very soft cushion that does not support the weight

OK I am at 235lbs and the sent has already bottomed out in 3 days. I had a Serta 500 lbs rated office chair that took 3 years to wear out from my weight. Very disappointed in the seat cushion. its a 200 lb rated chair at best. its going back to best buy

Don’t buy this chair!

It stopped staying up within the first two months of using it. Now it won’t stay raised at all. I expected far more for something at this price level and specifically made for larger people. Shame on you!

Setting the chair up, not all the holes were perfectly lined up, so some stretching and pulling needed while screwing in, two people. Also, chair pops once in a while, but can’t figure out where or what from when leaning back. Would buy again and recommend.
