When I received the chair we put it together and discovered there were no levers to and just the back because it went back too far, also there was no seat adjustment to tilt it. I tried calling the store and could never get thru to a “person”. I then tried emailing the company that made the chair and NEVER got a response. I just wanted someone to help me to adjust the chair to the angle I needed it! I still have never heard back and I’m now dealing with hip issues from the new chair. We’ve decided to go to a store and purchase a chair but I will NEVER purchase another chair from Best Buy!

I’m a larger guy, both in height and weight, and when sitting for extended periods it can cause me some lower back pain if there isn’t sufficient support. This “ergonomic” chair is lacking. My last job purchased me a Serta chair that was perfect. I could sit in it up to 14 hours a day and play basketball afterwards. This chair, after just a couple hours, I’m in pain and stiff. The back isn’t adjustable and its presets aren’t ideal. However, it is sturdy and well-built. If it offered better support or adjustments, it might be a great chair.

After about 6-8 months the chair started sinking and no longer rises. I purchased this chair after hearing great things but am disappointed my expensive chair is already breaking down. The right arm rest screw was stripped out of the box, it took a healthy amount of loctite to secure it.

Will Never Purchase Again.

Usually the arms break first but the seat went out. This chair is lop sided and just an terrible. I will never purchase another I give it a 2 star because the material is still good and the arms. It will no longer adjust up or down.
