I love the width of this chair & it is awesome for comfort BUT the hydraulic lift has never worked properly, it just keeps sinking. Also, the casters have started bending out of place so seating is not level anymore. I’m quite a bit under 500 lbs in weight which is what this chair is supposed to be rated for, I’m guessing the casters weren’t. It’s just disappointing to spend so much and have these kinds of issues.

I gave my girlfriend this chair for her birthday. My girlfriend is a full figured woman and have always had troubles finding a chair that fits and can hold.
This one is very sturdy (and heavy!) and has a very wide seat. Her only complaint is that we haven't figured out to adjust the angle of the back, but overall a great chair!
I would recommend this to a friend
