So far so good. It isn’t the highest level of quality but is pretty good compared to others we’ve tried. Comfortable for now after short time of use. Some minor imperfections/difficulties during assembly but about as expected. On the smaller side of chairs which makes it decent height and size for our small child to climb in and out of with ease as well.

Overall, this is a nice chair. Great back support, comfortable, smooth swivel/rolling and a great rich navy blue color. I wanted to give a 5-star rating, but the chair arrived with a chip/blemish on the plastic arm part. To some this may not be a big deal, but for me it really stands out because now all I notice is this black mark on the silver part of the chair; super annoying!!! Also, when attaching the chair parts, the right arm rest was a bit tricky to align with the screw holes. It definitely takes some patience and muscle strength to get it just right.

Nice chair. Very comfortable. Supports my body and has improved my posture. Super-cute color. Chair arrived with a little damage, a small tear onthe seat and a cracked cover but doesn't prevent use of the chair.

Overall, the chair is comfortable enough. If you've got wide hips you might want something else. First of all, the package arrived with no tools or screws to assemble it. The paper says to contact the supplier before returning so I did. Totally robotic customer care. No genuine empathy. Took forever to get my parts. The parts didnt arrive until the return window expired, of course. And then when I put the chair together, the hole where you put the arm in was defective and missing a metal piece that sticks out, so the arm is kinda crooked. It worked well enough and the customer care sucks so much that I don't even want to bother with any kind of warranty claim. My cats love it tho.

It is more than I had expected in quality and comfort. It is a great Chair.

Excellent ergonomic chair - worth every penny it cost. Gives the ability to sit correctly and not slouch down. Easy to clean and looks great.
